Refund & incompleteness
How we handle fulfillment gaps and refunds for research products.
Digital research products
Briefs and Packs are digital research deliverables. Once a finished file is delivered to your library and email, refunds are limited to cases of non-delivery, duplicate charge, or clear fulfillment failure.
Incompleteness / mid-deploy
If Pack fulfillment is mid-deploy, Pack remains on the menu and is buyable. We still take Brief orders. We do not delete the Pack SKU. If a purchased Pack cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable window, contact hello@arbiterresearch.net for a refund or credit.
Busy desk (HTTP 409): try again in a few minutes — that is capacity, not a refused sale.
Subscriptions
sub_monthly (Sentinel + 4 Briefs) can be cancelled for the next billing cycle. Unused Briefs in a month do not roll over and are not refundable as cash once the period has started, except where required by law.
